룰렛 개인정보처리방침
룰렛(이하 “앱”)은 사용자 설정이 가능한 무작위 선택 돌림판입니다. 이 방침은 앱 사용 중 어떤 정보가 처리되는지 설명합니다.
1. 기기에 저장되는 정보
앱은 룰렛 옵션, 옵션별 칸 수, 프리셋, 최근 결과 기록, 프리미엄 잠금 해제 만료 시각, 언어 및 화면 설정, 사용자 룰렛 이미지를 사용자의 기기에 저장합니다. 개발자는 이 정보를 받는 계정 시스템이나 앱 전용 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
기기에 저장된 정보는 앱 저장공간을 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하여 삭제할 수 있습니다.
2. 사용자 이미지와 배경 제거
사용자가 이미지를 선택하면 앱은 Google ML Kit 피사체 분할 기능을 사용하여 기기에서 이미지 배경을 제거합니다. 선택한 이미지는 개발자가 운영하는 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다.
3. 광고와 동의
앱은 Google Mobile Ads SDK를 사용하여 네이티브 광고와 선택형 보상 광고를 표시합니다. 보상 광고를 시청하면 프리미엄 효과음, 화살표 또는 룰렛판 카테고리를 24시간 동안 잠금 해제할 수 있습니다.
Google Mobile Ads SDK는 IP 주소(대략적인 위치 추정에 사용될 수 있음), 앱 상호작용, 진단 정보, Android 광고 ID 및 앱 세트 ID와 같은 기기 또는 계정 식별자를 자동으로 수집하고 공유할 수 있습니다. Google은 이 정보를 광고, 분석, 사기 방지 목적으로 사용하며 전송 중 암호화한다고 안내합니다.
법률상 필요한 경우 앱은 Google User Messaging Platform을 이용하여 광고 요청 전에 개인정보 선택을 요청하거나 관리합니다. 이용 가능한 개인정보 선택 화면은 앱 설정에서 다시 열 수 있습니다.

4. 결과 공유
사용자가 룰렛 결과 공유를 선택하면 앱이 결과 이미지를 만들고 Android 공유 시트를 엽니다. 이미지는 사용자가 직접 선택한 앱 또는 서비스로만 전달됩니다.
5. 아동
앱은 만 13세 이상의 일반 사용자를 대상으로 하며 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 개발자는 계정 또는 자체 서버를 통해 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 방침 변경
앱 기능, 사용 SDK 또는 법적 요구사항이 바뀌면 이 방침이 변경될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 때 위 시행일을 수정합니다.
Privacy Policy for Roulette
Roulette (the “App”) is a configurable random-choice wheel. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Information stored on your device
The App stores wheel options, segment counts, presets, recent result history, premium unlock expiration times, language and display settings, and custom wheel images on your device. The developer does not operate an account system or an app-specific server that receives this information.
You can delete information stored on your device by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
2. User images and background removal
When you choose an image, the App uses Google ML Kit subject segmentation to remove its background on your device. The selected image is not uploaded to a server operated by the developer.
3. Advertising and consent
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display native ads and optional rewarded ads. Watching a rewarded ad can unlock premium sound, pointer, or wheel-board categories for 24 hours.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information such as IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), app interactions, diagnostics, Android advertising ID, and app set ID. Google states that it uses this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, and encrypts it in transit.
Where required by law, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request or manage advertising privacy choices before requesting ads. Available privacy choices can be reopened from the App's settings.

4. Sharing results
When you choose to share a roulette result, the App creates a result image and opens the Android share sheet. The image is sent only to the app or service you select.
5. Children
The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect children's personal information through an account or a developer-operated server.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when App features, SDKs, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
